Due to our social commitment to act responsibly, Hotel Clark will temporarily pause welcoming guests as of March 20th for an indefinite period of time. This difficult decision was made by our management team to ensure our guests' and employees highest level of safety, and to encourage them to take action through social distancing in order to stop the pandemic.
In accordance with the decision above, we offer complete flexibility to all individual and group bookings leading up to April 30th, 2020. Penalty-free changes are guaranteed irrespective of the booking conditions; refunding any advance payments made to the hotel. By doing so, we hope to ease your stress and put all emphasis on wellbeing.
We also offer a complementary option on rebooking existing reservations until December 30, 2020, with the same terms and conditions as in the original booking and with an automatic one-step upgrade to the next room category. (Subject to availability, blackout dates may apply.) In case of adjusted travel plans past the end of the year with an undetermined date, we offer hotel credit. Kindly note that by modifying your reservation instead of canceling it, you give us a chance to plan ahead and we contribute to saving tourism together.
