Hotel Clark Budapest, the flagship hotel of Unione Hotel Management, has retained its Michelin Key, recognizing its approach to contemporary luxury, hospitality and sense of place.
The Michelin Key was introduced in Hungary in 2025, when Hotel Clark was among the first hotels in the country to receive the recognition. The hotel described retaining the distinction in 2026 as an important milestone and recognition of the character and consistency it has continued to build.
The Michelin Guide evaluates hotels through five key elements: architecture and design; quality and consistency of service; individuality and sense of place; value for the experience; and the way a hotel opens a door to its destination.
Art Corner by Clark & Leo, the hotel’s contemporary art initiative founded in 2021, brings the work of contemporary artists into the hotel, connecting art, hospitality and the city. Retaining the One Michelin Key for a second consecutive year recognizes that continuing development, according to the hotel.
